This treatment includes all the essentials and is bespoke to each dog, dependent on coat type, condition, styling preferences etc. Following a consultation, we will begin with a health check, followed by a warm bath with two shampoo washes, carefully chosen for their coat type. They will then have a full blow-dry by hand and be brushed inch by inch to remove any tangles and prep the coat for styling.

THE FULL GROOM

Their paw pads are shaved, nails clipped, ears cleaned and plucked (if necessary), and hygiene area tidied. A full cut or de-shed is carried out according to your preferences, as agreed when dropping your dog off to us. Finished with a spritz of dog cologne/perfume.

Duration: 1.5 to 3 hours depending on the size, breed and temperament of the dog.

This service is perfect for maintaining your dog’s cleanliness and hygiene between full grooming sessions. This service begins with a health check, followed by a warm bath with two shampoo washes, carefully chosen for your dog's coat type. Following a bath, we'll give your dog a full blow-dry by hand and brush out their coat. We then tidy essential areas with scissors. Between and above the eyes as well as around the feet. Finished with a spritz of dog cologne/perfume.

THE MINI GROOM

Prices quoted when booking this service are starting rates for pets accustomed to regular professional grooming. We recommend every 4/6-8 weeks, depending on coat type and behaviour.

As the name suggests, this treatment starts with a warm bath (after our standard health check). Like with all our services, we use two rounds of shampoo, carefully chosen to suit your dog. We will then fully blow-dry their coat and brush through every inch to remove any knots & tangles. Finished with a spritz of dog cologne/perfume.

WASH & GO

This groom is intended to give your pooch a more basic groom. It is perfect for a spruce up after a particularly muddy walk! This service doesn't include any tidy-up, nails or styling. It's well suited to smooth hair dogs and dogs who visit regularly to stay clean.

Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours depending on size and temperament of the dog.

We also offer a Bath & Buff service when the temperature outside allows. This includes only the bath and a thorough towel dry. We only recommend this for short-haired dogs.

This service is a bath only, great for eliminating mud and dirt in the house after a messy day out! This service starts with our standard health check and includes only the bath and a thorough towel dry. Finished with a spritz of dog coconut oil spray to keep your dog’s skin and coat healthy and smelling great.

BATH & BUFF

SHORT-HAIRED DOGS ONLY

Hand stripping is a specialised grooming technique designed for breeds with wiry hair. This process involves the removal of dead hair from the roots by hand, instead of clipping or scissoring. This allows for new hair to grow with a natural texture and appearance.

HAND STRIPPING

Upon customer request, the appointment begins with our standard health check, followed by a warm bath with two shampoo washes. They will then have a full blow dry by hand and be brushed through to remove any tangles and prep the coat for hand stripping. We also provide a nail trim, ear cleanse, and sanitary tidy to ensure your dog looks and feels their best. 

Hand stripping should be done regularly, usually every few months, and it's best performed by a professional groomer to ensure it's done correctly and comfortably for the dog. Hand Stripping is charged hourly and also depends on the dogs’ coat condition and behaviour.

Full coat hand stripping for specific breeds including Terriers, Setters, Schnauzers and Spaniels.

Puppy grooms are different to the regular grooms – we do not cut and style puppies until their fur is fully grown and this will be discussed at the time of booking. We will take the best care with your new pup and be gentle and loving with them to make sure they enjoy their first grooming experience.​ We will begin by giving your pup two gentle shampoo washes, with a puppy friendly hypoallergenic shampoo. This hypoallergenic shampoo is perfect for the sensitive skin of young pups and leaves their coat soft, shiny, and smelling amazing. It also provides natural flea and insect repellent protection.

PUPPY PAMPER SESSION

puppies from 8 weeks, up to 6 months old

Next, we pamper your pup with a warm blow-dry and a gentle brush-out. We understand that puppies may not be used to the grooming process yet, hence we strive to provide a stress-free and relaxing environment with lots of cuddles, playtime, and yummy treats!

To complete the experience, we provide a face and paw tidy, trim the sanitary area, and clip your pup's nails. Ear cleaning and paw wax application are included to keep your pup's paws moisturised and healthy. Finally, we'll pamper your pup with a fragrant spritz of our signature coconut oil spray, leaving them smelling fresh and feeling like the special little puppy they are.

Marshmallow Facial

Enriched with Pro Vitamin B5, Glycerin & Marshmallow Root extract, our brightening face wash is designed to help detangle knotty muzzles along with deep cleaning & rejuvenating the skin.

De-shedding Mud Treatment

Pampering treatment left to soak into the coat, promotes healthy shedding- keeps it to a minimum and leaves your dog feeling soft and smelling great! This is an extra service suggested every 8 weeks alongside a regular grooming schedule. Best suited all breeds especially THICK or DOUBLE COATS. Our mud treatment is a deep cleaning, sweet smelling mud bath, that flows with hydrating omega oils and is packed full of B vitamins to help relieve and prevent excessive shedding. Our mud treatment is nature's way to clean and treat:
o Clogged hair follicles
o Releases undercoat
o Removes loose fur

Soothing Mud Treatment

Soothing treatment with lavender left to soak into the coat, to soothe and promote healthy skin and coat growth. This is an extra service suggested every 8 weeks alongside a regular grooming scheduling. Suitable for all breeds. Our soothing mud treatment uses mineral rich clay with high concentrations of colloidal oatmeal and nourishing, healing ingredients such as organic aloe vera powder, allantion, borage oil, rice bran oil, Vitamin E and Zinc. Promoting healthy cell regeneration, ease irritation related to itchy and scratchy skin. Great for:
o Irritated skin
o Itchy & scratchy skin
o Hot spots

De-shed

A highly effective treatment ideally suited to double coated breeds who shed. During this treatment, we will use a specially formulated shampoo and conditioner to draw out your dog's coat at the root. Followed by a high-velocity blow-dry to lift the coat out, your dog will return home with significantly reduced shedding. 

Spa Package

Treat your dog to the full luxury available at Enzo’s Groom Room with our seasonal spa packages. In the bath, your dog will enjoy a deep conditioning treatment and a relaxing facial. Following the groom, we gently apply our luxury paw & nose balm followed by our seasonal signature scent. Dressed with a lovely bow, your dog will leave feeling fully refreshed and pampered.

De-matting

De-matting your dog's fur requires extra work and sometimes may result in your dog’s entire coat being clipped off, if that is the best option for the dog. We will assess your dog's coat condition and discuss with you beforehand. Severe matting can cause health issues and discomfort for your pet.

Nails Clipped & Ears Cleaned

Keeping your dog’s ears clean is important! It prevents ear infections and bad odours! And, if you can hear your dog’s nails tapping on the floor when he/she walks, it’s time for them to get them clipped! Short nails allow a dog to be more agile, whereas overgrown nails can grow into the toe pads causing pain and infection, which can eventually result in costly vet visits.
